Penny Patton, BSW, Joins Case Management Department at Seniors Home Care

ST. LOUIS – Penny Patton, BSW, has joined the Case Management Department at the Webster Groves-based private duty home care company, Seniors Home Care (SHC).

As a Case Manager, Penny is involved in conducting client assessments, care planning, consultation, and referral coordination. Penny also serves as a resource and advocate for clients, families and caregivers.

Penny received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Before joining SHC, she worked at the Department of Mental Health as a Service Coordinator.

Penny’s experience as a Social Worker makes her a very valuable asset and addition to the Case Management department.

Seniors Home Care is in their 36^th year of delivering private duty home care services to the St. Louis area. In May, it appeared, my own dad needed services and I called to have him evaluated. A nurse came the next morning and determined my dad needed hospitalization. I called SHC again and they were there to welcome my dad back at his home and were there with him 24/7 until he passed away.
